FACO provides cladding fabrication and installation for shopfronts and commercial facades in Riyadh, Sajer and across Saudi Arabia. We work with you on the facade design, material specifications and colours, then fabricate and install the cladding to suit your brand, site conditions and approved project requirements.
Cladding can be coordinated with shop signs and illuminated letters for a complete facade. Before preparing a quotation, we review the project details so that the scope, materials and expected installation schedule are clear.
Cladding Fabrication and Installation for Shops and Companies
Our service covers shops, restaurants, offices and company premises, whether you need a new facade or want to update an existing one. The work required depends on the facade area, site condition and approved design. We agree on the necessary preparation, supporting structure, fixing and finishing details before work begins.
How We Deliver Your Cladding Project
- Review the requirements: Send your project location, facade photographs and available measurements. We assess whether a site visit and detailed measurements are needed.
- Confirm the design and specifications: We review panel layout, colours, signage positions and lighting. A 3D design can be prepared within the agreed scope.
- Approve the quotation: Materials, dimensions, included works, expected schedule and warranty terms are clarified before fabrication.
- Fabrication and installation: We prepare the cladding and install the facade according to the approved measurements, design and specifications.
- Review and handover: We check the agreed finishing details and explain care and follow-up requirements according to the materials and scope.
What Determines Cladding Installation Cost?
The quotation depends on facade area, cladding panel type and specifications, the condition of the existing facade, and the required preparation, supporting structure and fixings. Design details, installation height, site access and project location also affect the scope and cost. Signs, illuminated letters and lighting are included only when specified in the quotation. Send the project details so we can review the requirements before pricing.
Coordinate Cladding with Signs and Illuminated Letters
We can coordinate your facade with illuminated 3D letters and outdoor advertising signs. Sign positions and lighting requirements are reviewed during design, with included works clearly stated in the quotation. You can also browse our project gallery.
